Thank you for shopping with AetherRich. We want you to love every product you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact us at tlhh12345@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, email us at tlhh12345@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item.

Shipping Returns You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
